I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and Menstrual Cycle Coach who is passionate about all things menstrual health, hormones and cyclical living.

I show women how they can work with their hormones, instead of against them, and how living in tune with the natural ebbs and flows of their cycle can completely transform their life for the better.   

I went through my teens and early twenties believing that all the nagging and uncomfortable symptoms I was experiencing were normal and just the price to pay for being a woman.
